Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Registration
The exam schedule is available on the internet, and students are advised to review it. However, it is important to note that the exam schedule could alter at any moment. Therefore, students should check with their instructors to confirm that they have the correct date and time for their exam. Students should also be certain to print the official list and bring it with them to their exam.
In addition to the exam schedule, students must familiarize themselves with the exam guidelines, conditions and terms. These are on the website for each exam. When they register, students agree that they have read and agree to these conditions and terms.
Exam locations try their best to accommodate participants who have special requirements. The nature and severity of these needs must be noted on the registration form and verified by a doctor's attestation. The locations of the exam must be able to respect confidentiality and keep it.
If a student is scheduled to take three exams on the same day, they must contact their instructor or department to schedule a make-up test. While it is possible to take three exams in one day, it can cause a high stress level and can impact the quality of the test. Additionally, the professor might not be able conduct a makeup test on a different day.
Students should review the course material prior to taking the exam and practice their German skills. The exam is a paper test that tests your ability to read, speak, and write German. The results of the examination are reported using a scale from A1 to C2. Students who succeed in passing the test are awarded a Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate documents attainment of the language level A1. Fees
If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to receive a Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (start German 1), you must pay the examination fee. This is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests let you get an understanding of the style of the test, the language, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge, spot areas of weakness and increase your chances of passing the test.
Please note that the examination fee isn't refundable. Exam results can only by sent via email and not by phone.
